Site plans for the financier's secluded tropical island included in the released materials.
Additionally featured in this recent photograph release seems to be a site plan for the Great St James island, located in the US Virgin Islands.
Epstein acquired a more modest island - the Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but acquired the more expansive adjacent island in 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
The released images reveal he had drawn up ambitious plans to develop the substantial island by erecting residences, an amphitheatre, an submerged workspace and a pool.
Visible on the drawing is a channel, a waterway in the region, marked on the bottom right.
This development map is annotated in handwritten red notes and includes a key identifying distinct areas of the estate.
In addition to the main plan are what appear to be several other site drawings and architectural plans, including plans for dock shelters.
More images disclosed as part of the ongoing investigative release.
